Halloween Round-Up 2011

Itty Bitty Baked Doughnuts

Halloween is around the corner.  I am starting to bake for our school’s big Halloween Hoot this weekend, the house is almost all decorated, and the kids have determined what they are going to be for the big night.

Each year I try and introduce a new idea or treat, but for some reason this year, I am not as motivated.  I made some of my ghost cookies, and this past weekend I made brownie-truffle-pumpkin-cheesecake bites for a Sukkot dinner at friends. To get inspired and motivated, I turned to the Internet and what I found was a plethora of great ideas.  Now I have to choose one (or two) of these ideas to recreate at home.  What treats are you making for your ghouls and goblins?  I would love to add to this collection.  If you have something to share, please send it my way.
