Shortbread + chocolate + peppermint candy = a great big tray of cookie bark that goes along way. If peppermint candies are not your thing, swap it out for your favorite flavors. Some combos my kids have come up:
• White Chocolate, Pistachio, Dried Apricots
• Toffee Pieces (like Heath)
• Salted Caramel
• Rocky Road (marshmallows, marcona almonds)
