100 Great Summer Recipes

Memorial weekend, traditionally, kicks off the beginning of summer. Grilling, eating outdoors, and endless hours of tag, bike riding, and lazy days is the top priority.

Reading blogs, perusing websites, and  sifting through the latest cooking and lifestyle magazines inspires me to want to entertain each and every weekend. Regardless of when and if I entertain, my file of “recipes to make” gets way out of hand. If I get through a handful of the various recipes, I consider that a huge accomplishment.

In my quest to get through my pile, I have compiled a list of 100 Great Recipes for Summer. A few of these recipes have been a part of my repertoire for years. Our summer bar-b-ques are not complete without them.
